Answer (1 of 7): I can help. That blueberry muffin mix at Winco is so scrumptious. I had purchased the blueberry muffin mix in the bulk section at Winco, but with such a variety of really cool stuff, I couldn't contain my excitement long enough to maintain composure and forgot to grab the recipe. Luckily my girlfriend works there and brought me the recipe instruction 'slip' that accompanies the Blueberry Muffin Mix Item #1765.It is as follows (verbatim). 3 cups mix & 3/4 cups cool waterPlace mix and water in mixing bowl. Mix on low speed about 1 minute. Scrape bowl, continue to mix on low speed until batter is almost smooth. Fill well greased muffin tins 1/2 to 2/3 full. Bake a 375* degrees for 15 minutes. Yield, 18.
