And even when raspberries are out of season, you can still make this delicious tiramisu, using raspberry syrup as I did in this recipe.

This raspberry tiramisu recipe is very easy to make and takes so little time, it’s hardly a challenge even for beginners! Actually, it’s ready in about 20 minutes, allowing you to enjoy it for the rest of the afternoon on your porch or by the pool in summer or cuddled on your cozy couch with a warm blanket in cold seasons.

This delicious raspberry tiramisu recipe can also be made with other fruits you love. You can also use a berry mix to spice this recipe up a bit and enjoy a full berry flavor.

Raspberries are very delicate and have very short shelf life, so it is always better to eat them immediately after bringing them home.   • Keep them in a place with very good air flow and avoid airtight or closed containers;
  • Place a piece of paper towel on the container bottom and change it every day;

For this recipe you’ll need heavy cream, granulated sugar, mascarpone cheese, raspberry syrup, vanila, fresh raspberries (optional), shaved almonds and ladyfingers.

How do you make raspberry tiramisu from scratch?

  1. Mix heavy cream and sugar and beat for 2 minutes.
  2. Add mascarpone and beat until fluffy and thick.
  3. Divide the cream and flavor each with raspberry syrup and vanilla.
  4. Dip ladyfingers in raspberry syrup and add a layer of dipped cookies to the bottom of an 8″x8″ dish.
  5. Top with raspberry cream, fresh raspberries and almonds.
  6. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers, followed by a layer of vanilla cream.
  7. Decorate as preferred (cinnamon powder, ladyfinger crumbs, almonds, raspberries, raspberry syrup etc).

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • 4 tbsp raspberry syrup for cream, plus more for dipping and decorating
