I’m not a review leaving type of person, but they were so kind to me, I can’t help but leave a review. I have bronchitis and we all thought it was possible pneumonia. I had to get an x ray on my lungs. The x ray machine had to be rebooted and I didn’t feel well. They let me lay down and brought me heated blankets to rest while waiting. Once it was time to go back to my room, they brought me water and more heated blankets and a pillow. They were so kind. I am so grateful.

Outside of a very lengthy (almost 4 hours) walk-in wait due to it being respiratory-season, which I was able to spend at home and received a call when it was close to my turn, the entire process was amazing. Very professional team from front desk to care provider and everyone in between. Would highly recommend, and will definitely return if I have another issue.

I normally go to Auburn or Covington indigo but the maple valley had the soonest available for the following day. I schedule an appt. I was greeted by the staff and when it was time to check in we updated insurance information and checked In. Shortly after I was taken back. I was in seen by the nurse and dr with in 15 minutes. Xray tech was fast as well. Then I was in and under 45 minutes I’d say. Everyone was professional and I was listened to. Thank you!

I had a full feeling in my ear with intermittent buzzing in my left ear. I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and possible allergies. It took a long time to be seen but I was sent a text when it was time to show up. I was working about 10 minutes away so just drove over when it was my turn.
