We are teaming up with Avolon Bay AirFyer to bring you the BEST Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings.

Let’s talk about this new “it” kitchen appliance, Air Fryers.

I had to admit when I first got my air fryer, I was a little skeptical.

After a little more research I realized just how easy air frying can be and how little fat was actually involved.

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings:

I tossed these wings in some garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and salt and pepper, threw them in my air fryer for about 18-20 minutes, and they came out perfectly crispy and ready for the game.

Needless to say I jumped from semi-cool wife to best wife on the planet in exactly 20 minutes. We served them with some buffalo sauce, ranch, and of course celery.

These crispy wings are best cooked in a single layer to ensure optimal crispiness. For best results you need to gather the ingredients (fresh garlic, parmesan coating, parsley, salt, & black pepper) into a large bowl. If you don’t have fresh garlic, you can easily replace it with garlic powder. Once you have the ingredients gathered in a bowl, you can toss the raw wings in the mixture. Once you have that step done you can throw them in the air fryer. (Pro tip: you can add melted butter or garlic butter to the top of the wings for some extra flavor)!

This chicken wing recipe is a favorite for the whole family and the cooking process is oh-so-easy. These seasoned wings can be made using the air fryer method but you can also cook them on the wire rack in the oven. Just make sure to always check for the optimal cooking time and always use a meat thermometer to ensure your chicken is cooked through.

My favorite thing about this delicious garlic chicken is that it is the perfect party appetizer. The combination of garlic and parmesan creates a beautiful mix on these juicy wings. Your friends and family will thank you for bringing the best party wings imaginable! The full list of ingredients and recipe card can be viewed below.

Is there any way to cook this in the oven?

  2. Cyd says:

You can definitely cook these chicken wings in the oven.

  3. Lib says:

Do the wings need to be thawed?

  4. Bryan says:

    Yes, please thaw them first.

  5. Gary says:

I see three wings in the bottom of the air fryer. With two pounds of meat that is going to be a long cooking process at 18min per batch. How many can you really put in? Its does look very good and I would like to try it.

  6. Cyd says:

Hi Gary, I talked to the sisters and this post has be redone, so these pictures are large wings. In the video it says if you use drumsticks you can fit about 10 in this particular model. We have made this recipe with drumsticks, chicken wings, chicken breasts, and smaller pieces of chicken. The sisters all have different models and sizes of air fryers. Your model and size could vary from ours. So the amount that you can fit into your air fryer will vary depending on size of fryer and what chicken pieces you use. Hope this helps. You can watch the You Tube video that has been embedded in the post and that should answer more questions.

  7. Teresa says:

I know you say preheat @ 400, do we cook it on 400 degrees?

  8. Carol says:

So, in the text, you say you cooked them for 18 minutes. In the statistics for the recipe, you say the cook time is 20 minutes. In the prep instructions, you say to cook for 12 minutes, then turn (which really shouldn’t be necessary in an air fryer) and cook an additional 12 minutes. So cook times stated range from 18 to 24 minutesaa—a deviation of 33+%

  9. Jeunnesse says:

I'm cooking it now . I'm so excited for the results.

  10. Paula Drew says:

Amazing recipe thank you! Best chicken wings I’ve tasted!

  14. Shelley says:

Can you skin the chicken prior to putting it in the cheese mixture? We don’t like the skin very well and it would be even healthier without the skin.
