Excited to share that I've just started my journey as a Legalisation Administrator at Argentum Attestation FZ LLC !As I wrap up my first week, I've already gained some valuable insights:Attention to Detail Matters: In reviewing documents for authentication, I've learned the critical importance of meticulousattention to detail. Catching a small discrepancy in a client's paperwork can save potential delays in thelegalisation process.Effective Communication is Key:Whether liaising with clients, government agencies, or internal teams, clear and concise communication is essential.Time Management is Crucial: With multiple documents to process and deadlines to meet, effective time management is a must.Adaptability is a Strength: The legalisation landscape can be unpredictable, with regulations and requirements subject to change. Here's to a fulfilling journey ahead in this role, where each day brings new opportunities for growth and contribution!Just want to thank Jessica Munden and Isabella MacSorley for being so welcoming and patient with me.

A few months into my new part-time job…..Recently I was selected as Director of Operations and Quality Control in the Diaper Division at Haynes Inc., I’ve gained insight which has helped me grow as a professional. Here are five beneficial truths I’ve further cemented in life and in business:1.Patience truly is a virtue.2.It can get messy…. breathe, proceed promptly with dignity and grace.3.In a collaborative effort, always be aware of your team member’s needs via communication and transparency.4.Not all cries are created equal- listen carefully to find the solution to the most glaring problem.5.The power of a smile has the ability to transcend words.

🌟 From Cold Email to Full-Time Dream Job in 2 Weeks! 🌟Meet my colleague from AIESEC in India, Shreyansh! 💼 Just a couple of weeks ago, he decided to seize an opportunity by crafting a well-thought-out cold email to Varun Mayya. Little did we know that this simple outreach would lead to an extraordinary journey!Varun responded, and what followed was a game-changing conversation that landed Shreyansh a two-week gig at the heart of the action – the Founder's Office. 🎯 It was an immersive experience that blended real-time work and interview-like interactions. 🤝jump to the present, and Shreyansh's dedication, passion, and skills have paved the way for something truly special. He's proudly transitioned into a full-time role, proving that a well-crafted email and genuine determination can open doors you never thought possible. This story isn't just about Shreyansh's achievement – it's a testament to the possibilities that lie in those bold steps outside of your comfort zone. So, here's to embracing the unexpected, crafting meaningful connections, and turning them into opportunities that shape your journey, to Shreyansh for his initiative and to Varun for his willingness to spot talent in the most unexpected places. 🙌 #SuccessStory #ColdEmailMagic#TurningOpportunityIntoReality

When you swear to anyone around, that you will NEVER EVER do something…..and then you do.“I will never work in Tel-Aviv because of the traffic, I am not crazy, a waste of time, over my dead body……”Ask anyone around me if they did not hear this over the years. One would think that, in my pros and cons list when deciding to take upon myself a new role, it would be written in large bolded letters and would be considered. But then you start a process,in a company that encourages you to have a 360 view,by meeting multiple people, encourages you to talk to customers, shares the strategy and wants to make sure that you feel comfortable with it…..Shares the opportunities, now and looking forward but also the challenges in an open, transparent,no bullsh*t, all on the table kind of way….It’s a done deal. You find yourself signing a contract while completely ignoring the traffic part!I'm excited to start my new job as Dir. Customer Engagement at Mesh Payments!

When I started my new job about seven months ago my son began his sophom*ore year of high school. As luck would have it, they were on the same day and I had to travel to Arizona during the first day of school.Since starting my son:1. Ran away from school, almost got hit by a car (as he was running away) and was found by the police.2. Got in trouble with the law and picked up new charges.3. We as a family endured a great deal of teen drama that added a few white hairs to sparse collection of hair on my head and facial hair.4. My son was thrown out of this third school.During this time I have also:1. Achieved great milestones in my professional career.2. Learned to challenge that I thought was the status quo and grown professionally.3. I am spending more and more time out of my comfort zone as I help navigate the organization to greater efficiencies. 4. Achieved the highest levels of professional performance in years. How?Two things:1. When I need to take time off for a family issue my leadership simply said go and deal with it.2. When I needed to talk thru things my leadership and other members of the organization always made time for me.I say this because we all hear that a few kind words and kind actions speak volumes and pay dividends. The intent of this post is to give a specific example of what happens in reality when we are kind.I for one will never forget the compassion shown to me when I needed it the most. As a result, I repay it daily with a zeal for what I do and my job.

Started my first job at a young age, I had a simple goal – to buy my own camera. It was about being independent early on. Along the way, I made some mistakes, but each one taught me valuable lessons.Balancing work and my passion for art wasn't easy, and there were times I felt overwhelmed. But with each challenge, I learned to manage my time better and became more responsible. My family played a big role in supporting my decisions.❤️They were always there, cheering me on, and letting me freely choose my career path. Having that freedom was like having wings – I could follow my passion.✨Saving money from my job wasn't always smooth. I made some spending mistakes along the journey, but those missteps were part of the learning process. Finally, I achieved my desire to buy a camera. It wasn't just a camera; it was a symbol of my hard work and the support I had.Today, I look back with gratitude for ✅The lessons✅The mistakes that shaped me ✅The family that stood by meChoosing my passion as my career wasn't just a decision; it was a journey of growth, learning, and the joy of making my dreams come true. This is my story where I earned to buy my stuff and didn't depend on my parents.🙌P.S. What's the first thing you bought with your own money?

I want to share my new assignment with JayJay. The poster is about a sports movie, specifically about a football player's biography. The sparkling background is to show how glamorous the world of football. The style is using a pop art style, which is showed by poster effect in the main picture
