    Introduction

The subject of Design for Exhibition and Museums is about creating exciting and engaging three-dimensional, communicative environments. It is all about 'storytelling', whether this is a brand, a collection or an idea. By using a multidisciplinary approach that includes aspects of interior, graphic, product and communication design, exhibition designers construct a narrative that acts as an 'interpretive bridge' between the expert or client and their audience. This programme emphasises on interpreting content and narrative for specific audiences and on devising appropriate means of delivery in constructed spaces.
